AUSTIN Lois Dianne Thank you I wish to say a very big "THANK YOU" To the couple who helped me when I was taken ill on the St Edward Street car park in Leek during the afternoon of Wednesday 22nd June. The lady stayed with me until the ambulance arrived while the gentleman went to find my husband, who was having a diabetic eye test at Newbolds. However when the gentleman arrived my husband had left and was told by the receptionist to "look for a man in a blue shirt". He found him. following the eye test my husband was unable to drive and so the car was left on the car park. Our neighbours were helpful in getting a message to my stepson on where to find a spare car key and retrieve the car, so many thanks to them all and my sons for collecting us from hospital
